Oops.  A reply from Randall informs me that it is the late TR4 speedo that has
this item... the earlier units used a cotter pin, not a set screw.

I forgot that my TR3 really has a TR4 flat-glass speedo but with curved glass
installed.  It is accurate enough with modern tires that I had forgotten it was
not original.  Sorry about the confusion.
