Hi Jeff:
Two years ago I had both the tank and car cleaned by Unpaint Corp. 920
Murphy Ave. Atlanta, GA, (404) 755-3329
to remove everything, paint and rust, then rinsed the tank with alcohol
before I used the white slosh component that moss sells.
