Yes, most likely a conversion, I've heard of this being done quit a few
times.
The color should be called Jasmine Yellow, Primrose is an Austin Healey
color. However, all most all the cars produced in this color had the black
interior.
As you can tell with this car it has a none original dash and steering wheel
as well as much of the interior. I just wish they had some pictures of
underneath the bonnet.
