Jim, I don't remember offhand when it was introduced, but most of the
disc-braked cars had a residual pressure valve in the top of the 5-way union
near the RF wheel.  If your car has one, that could be the problem.

Also, be sure that the brake pedal returns freely, and the linkage to the MC
has slack in it.  Disc braked cars have an adjustment in the pushrod, ISTR
on drum braked cars the whole MC moves in slots.
