If you have a compressor and want to do it yourself, you can borrow my
blaster for a few weeks (it's Harbor Freight's item number 34202).
You'd have to supply your own media, but it'd still be cheaper than
paying for the service.
BTW, I'd recommend glass bead rather than sand for paint/rust removal -
