Hi Bill
I just use whatever is in the grease gun, or tin I haven't re-filled the gun
from!
A top for fitting the anti rattle spring, stick it and the plug in with
plenty of grease, and if you remove the stick later down the road, unless
you are lucky or careful you will loose this spring and plug too!
