doctor ordered. It shows the need for driveshaft angle & why. This is
generally not an adjustable design & is pre-designed in to the car. Worn
components can cause this to move.

Dick's answer on a worn or failing diff bearing is a real possibility ,
one that I am probably experiencing first hand. I'll be sure of that in
the spring when I swap out the diff. In my case several things failed at
once. I had the diff mount break, fixed that, then a hub failed, fixed
that, then an inboard u-joint failed. What little vibration I have left
feels like it's coming from the differential (boy I hope I'm right, I'm
running out of parts to change ). The problem is most of this diagnosis
& repair have to be done under the car & I'm not a big fan of lying on
cold concrete floor here in the north east.
