List : with the recent discussion tr3 seat stabability, I have questions and
would like the lists opinions about the tr seats and their cushions, new
upholstery kits Has anyone used tilt back seats for both sides of the car,fit
ok? added convenenience of another hinged back, safety issues. Seat cushion
springs(orginal) ,is there a left and a right and if so how does one
distiguish between the two, may be helpfull when buying used .Moss list three
different P/N for seat springs sets,one for Tr2-tr3 ,one for Tr3A-3B and
another for Tr4,is there a way to distiguish between the different models
orginal seat cushions? the Moss new upholstery seat kit has no identifying
marks as to which cushion cover is left or right as well the seat backs has no
marks for tilt or fixed back, are upholstry pieces inter changable? Bottom
line I have a bunch of used seat cushions and seat pans (hopefully all tr3a)
as that is what Iam restoring 1960 tr3A, I believe a seat back upholstry cover
with a single piping is an early Tr3, maybe Tr2 ?? thanks in advance Randy
