Engine Rebuild Project cost examples

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had an itemized list of the costs associated with
their engine rebuild project that they'd like to share?

(TR6 or TR4 in my case . .but I'd welcome any other ones)

Could be as informal as a list of some of the major parts and service costs, or
as detailed as a spreadsheet with prices from multiple vendors for each and
every step.

Beggers can't be choosy.
