I use "dang tight" ... basically all I can apply with a 15" box end wrench.
Don't have the tools to get a torque wrench in there. But the Stag ROM gives 34
ftlb, which should work as it uses the same bolts & nuts.

Makes sense to me, also shown that way in the Stag ROM.
