since it is a aftermarket clutch.

I believe Delphi is the "successor" company to AP / Lockheed, the 
company that originally made Borg & Beck clutches, so they'd certainly 
have the rights and abilities to make clutches "to Borg & Beck specs"; 
whether new B&B is as good as NOS is for others to decide.... (I'd like 
to know myself, since I'm about to bite the proverbial bullet and buy a 
new, supposedly B&B/Delphi, clutch friction disc for the Herald to go 
with NOS throwout bearing and NOS pressure plate.)
