True.  And since each cylinder has its own port you should be able to tell 
which cylinder is the offending one - if the problem is in the engine and not 
the manifold.  And, if an intake valve is hanging open, you should be able to 
feel the puff coming out of the port as well.  

Be sure the plugs are in.
