Always use the mail system to Canada if possible. Canada Post has a flat 
brokerage fee of around $5 per package. Items under $20 do not attract 
the fee, duty or taxes. Antique auto parts are duty free but are subject 
to a 15% federal tax. Used tires are inadmissible. All rulings and/or 
mistakes by Canada Customs ( now Canada Border Services Agency ) are 
appealable.
