[TR] TR3 & 4 engine differences

Are there other differences btw the TR3 and TR4 engines besides the 83 to
86mm cylinders which is responsible for differences like 500 to 600 idle
rpm? (this is as reported in the Moss Catalog, same H6 SU's)

I know the TR4A had diffences in the head, but are there other differences
as well?
