[TR] Early TR4 - Front Suspension

I have read that the upper fulcrum can be incorrectly assembled as the bolt
hole spacing is the same both ways around.  However, it would appear that
with the "C" shape facing inwards the shock absorber top mounting will
interfere with it.  I only want to put this together once, so can the list
please confirm which way round it goes.
