[TR] Trunnions later TR4 with 3 degree caster

Actually I was hoping that they were marked L or R or even in French D or G.
I had a look at the washers and they both seem flat normal ones.
It seems that the only real way to easily tell is to take both off and to
compare the slope of each of the trunnions surface.
