I wonder if this would apply to the 1980 TR7 ignition modules?  Looks like I'm
going to have to pull the box and look inside!

Thanks to a number of folks on the list who gave good
advice about grounding the module, module failure, and
(especially) from Jeff Scarbrough, info on a cheap swap of
the innards. Check it out below if you missed it. This
list is really great.
