It's obvious that the cinder blocks were set on edge and then rolled over.  
The cinder blocks themselves didn't look like they failed.  The same would 
have happened if he had used wood blocks set on edge.   Supporting a car 
with something with a narrow base is asking for trouble.

Another candidate for the Darwin awards.
