Don, Revington TR sells the spacers, very nicely made. I havent tried them yet, but I figured it was worth doing before cutting or replacing my wheel studs.

At one time, someone on the list had mentioned a domestic source for TR6 aluminum brake drums. TRF lists them, but is B.O.d. Revington TR has them, but are very expensice. Anyone have another source?
