My experience has been that it is a contact problem between the fuse and the fuse holders in the fuse block. Clean the connections in the fuse block and wiggle the fuse around when installed and see

Put disk in backwards in a TR3 once. Trans went back in fine but clutch wouldn't disengage. Splined shaft holder (technical term) on the disk is offset, long protrusion goes toward the transmission.

Had a '67 GT 350. 5 ton refrigerated meat packing truck ran a stop sign. I hit him ~50 MPH. Truck rolled over on the 350, mashed it good. The factory bar is the reason I am able to write this now. H
