Yep, everything was off center but I modified the extra '70 hood latch by new holes in it and knocking off the safety catch they put on. Then I drilled new holes up at the firewall and filed it out.

Hi Matt, I just recently ordered a new boot and was told the oval type is the only one available. So, if you have a round hole as I did the boot will be big. It does go on the metal floor. Good luck!
