Replaced for good reason. Those Rostyle wheels were junk (rattled, fell off ...). 90% of the TR250s had them when new, now you rarely see them. I replaced mine with wires in 1974.

It's not just the angle, but the fact the spring is not at the end of the A-arm, so there is a lever ratio to consider. I can't remember numbers anymore, but it is somewhere around 0.50 for the TR3/4
