SCCA national only requires a roll bar if that was what the car originally raced with. Some SCCA regions in their supplemental regs require cages but that is a local decision that might be negotiated

Picking up rocks on hot tires makes it a pain to handle tires once they cool down. A curry comb makes quick work of cleaning up the tires and is cheap & easy to find at a livestock supply store. Greg
