I am curious how one would connect a cooler to a diff (particularly one on a Spitfire). What troubles me is the fact that there is no inherent pumping action that would force the oil through a cooler

Today I removed and disassembled the diff. What I found amazed and mystified What I did NOT find was a totally blown up diff. In fact there was very little in the way of metal fragments in the oil. T
