That might be,I had thought that since the problem was caused by pins seizing up(with grease on them) that anti seize was the solution...but I was wrong. Anti seize caused them to seize just as much.

I think anti-sieze is prone to washing out when exposed to water, too. I used silicone grease on caliper pins, but haven't revisited the pins since. So I cant say if I did something stupid yet. It wa

I use anti-sieze _lubricant_ on my wheel splines. It hasn't washed out yet. I have to use a petroleum-based solvent to wash it off when I redo them every few months. The silver-colored Prestone stuff
