Uh, Mr. Anorak here to state that the reclining, high-back seats were found in 1969 model year Federal Spitfires as well, unlike the GT6+, which did NOT see recliners until the 1970 model year. --And

Undoubtedly it is a "U" (for Federal-spec , or "U"nited States version). I don't know if that style is available or not. The commission plate should be on the driver's "B" post on the 1970 models. It
