What is the best / easiest way to get the cam sprocket off without bending, beating or breaking anything? This thing will not budge and there is no room to get a puller behind the sprocket. Dave

I was trying to do this without removing the head. The lower sprocket is worn and all I wanted to do is replace it without tearing the head off or what's left of my hair out. This all started with an
