Hello all, My stock 1600 exhaust manifold is cracked at one of the welds. Has anyone had any luck welding them? My thought was to bolt it to a spare head to holt it straight then weld it. I have both

I use Gunk engine degreaser, followed up with the pressure washer. Then more Gunk and a scrub brush. Then the pressure washer again. 30 years of dirt and grease is a real pain to get off. kw /// dats

In the summer I normally drive my Tahoe and in the winter I drive the 66 1600 roadster. If gas is $2.00 a gallon and I drive the roadster that gets 25mpg rather than the Tahoe that gets 15mpg it's so

I had thought about a bronze bushing or some other kind of bearing, but, the original lasted 30 years so its kind of hard to gripe. A little bit of grease once and a while and it should last another
