I sent a set of stock late B gauges to Mo-Ma in Albuquerque. They re-conditioned and re-faced them for me for something close to $900, as I remember. (Big numbers like that I try to forget!)

Another strong possibility is that your points in the distributor have closed up - if the cam is a bit worn or the shaft a tad bent, it will fire two cylinders but not the other two. Seen this happen
