120mm = about 4.7" backspace and that sounds about right for a FWD car. My Golf GTi's stock wheels have 4.75" backspace so yours is not out of line. FWD cars tend to have more backspace than RWD cars

I'd say a 195/55-14 would be a better choice than a 205/60-14. All the following sizes would affect your speedometer, but the 195 would affect it less. Here's some calculated outside diameters: 185/6
