I would think the radiator cap rating would have to depend on the radiator that Craig is running. If it is a Triumph radiator I don't think the radiator would last long using a cap rated for 20 lbs.

Recently toured a restoration shop here in Wisconsin that has a 3-D scanner and a "printer" that creates a model of the part scanned. From that they can CNC mill the part. Have no idea of the cost. P

It's probably the AN washers. They are soft because of their intended use on airframes. Try Grade 8 washers. You might also try using the so called "jet nut" type all metal locknut, though on our Lot

The shift rail o rings probably need to be replaced. You will have to remove the gearbox top and remove the grub screws which retain the shift forks. Be careful as those screws are prone to breaking
