I have a Lincoln 100. It runs on 115 v. Does pretty much anything you will encounter on a Healey. The largest you will find is perhaps welding 1/8 stuff and it will handle that fine. As someone note

what down I would echo what a couple others have said. You really do not want to glue the shroud to anything. The sealer orig used can be a bear to remove or separate. I would suggest something like

Yes the viscosity seems to make a little difference. OP on my BN7 was a bit on the low side and a fellow club member suggested going to straight 40 wt. I did so and OP is up by 5-7 lbs or so. Keith
