- Since you have a 250, wheel assume you have a 250 motor...long crank. Might be hard finding an alloy flywheel for it. The 250 flywheel is already lighter than the 70 & up TR6. I think it's like 22lb

- I think the MOSS catalog gives a hint about that. I think it's to take a hacksaw blade & heat it up & bend it. The catalog actually has a drawing that should help & they tell you to use some sort of

- Since you have the stuff on order...do the rebuild. It could very well be the lack of travel. You could, of course, measure the distance that the rod travels. I believe there is a specified amount.

- I installed an NOS voltage regulator on my 74 TR6. That was maybe 5 months ago. The voltmeter was right where it should be...just past 13. Recently, just after startup it jumps all the way up to 15.

- How about on the column where they were originally installed...just in front of the trafficator switch. The switches that are sold by the big 3 are decent enough. You'll need an escutchen that's set
