You'll have to make one. One of the best ways I've seen this done is what Roger Moment came up with. He took an inexpensive Harbor Freight impact hammer and then took one of the tips and machined it

I will add to this information: I was able to locate a type of Pop rivet that is closed on the bottom end. When in place, it looks just like a solid rivet that has been squeezed. Then just put a dab
