If you use the new harness from TRF, I would definitely recommend using wire pulling lubricant when installing it through the stator tube. I found this kind at Home Depot, which seemed to work well

I saw a '3 at a car show that had a fuel shutoff switch in the breather tube that comes off the gas tank and goes below the chassis. They basically put a small detour in it with a switch on the trunk
