I have the hobart handler 135. cost 445 at tractor supply. i welded up an entire 12'stake bed for a 46 chevy truck with it and have also welded alot of patch panels. best buy for the money, i believe

Whitney's right. Once you get the hang of it, you will use it for a lot of stuff besides welding in sheetmetal panels. Think about getting a 220v machine because you can weld some fairly thick steel

I'd agree with the other replies about staying with a known brand. You may want to check around for a Hobart. I'm wondering if Home Deopt sells them? I think also they may also show up in Harbor Frei

Hobart has been purchased by Miller. I was in our local welding supply and asked the sales guy. He said the internals in the Hobart are now Miller. The only difference is the case. I have a Millermat
