My Vote would be 9 o'clock for the window crank and 7 o'clock for the door handle Passenger side and 3 o'clock for the window crank and 5 o'clock for the door handle on the driver side Lets see how

my door handle, when locked, is 90 degrees with the ground, its straight up and down,. the window crank, is, when the window is rolled all the way up, horizontal. not sure if its original, as they we

It seems to work best if the door latch handle is pointed down about 45 degrees to the rear when closed, but not locked. I've been around several over the years and even the ones back when they were

I try to leave them pointing forward when up the window is up and down, this way they are out of the way and the knob doesn't drive into ny arm when I'm fishing around for whatever it is that is ratt
