- If your rubber is bad and gonna replace it , just take a utility knife and cut the outer or inner rubber off and expose edge of glass and it will just "fall out" if the sealer is all gone/dried. for

- Thanks to all for the great information on removing the windows in my 54. I was able to remove all of the "original" inserts and the weather-stripping with really no problems at all. The only problem
