I have a 79 3/4 ton front end that I want to put under my 49 GMC 3/4 ton. The problem of course is the track width. Is there anyone out there who has done it and if so did it look to wide to the casu

There's an early 50s Chevy truck in Tucson with a 70s or 80s 3/4 front clip under it. Even with stock wheels, which have negative offset, the tires are past the fenders. I don't like the looks of it

I looked at using the IFS off of a 74 Chevy pickup and came to the same conclusion, its to wide, and it will raise the front end quite a bit. I can't see a way to narrow it, the A frames are just to
