It should be round, a close fit to the clevis pin. That is as it should be for all the clevis pins in the car, including brake and handbrake pins. You could replace the pushrod or fill and re-drill.

If you put a plastic bag under the clutch MC cap and screw it back on, it will slow the fluid loss down considerably. Kind of like holding water in a straw by holding your thumb on the top. Skye -- 1
