Hey Mike, The old dongle is still fine with XP. (Answering Dick Rasmussen's comment.) But you do need the driver from the website. On the website it's labeled as Win 2000 I think, but it's been updat

Thanks to Yvonne for alerting me to the need to download the Geez driver for XP. However, that didn't solve the problem. Byron: I checked the hotsync (it was not active I tried to download the data)

Here's the proper procedure: BOTH sides have to say "Ready" before you can begin the download. Then you start the download by hitting "Download" on the Palm screen. Both sides should begin counting
