- Hello fellow listers, I'm looking for some techniques to remove my rear hub on my bugeye. I broke two studs (next to one another) and am trying to replace them. It seems the best way to do this is to

- I went through this myself during my restoration, but I can't for the life of me remember how I got them off, or even if I had any difficulty. I know when I did the reassembly it was a piece of cake

- Just did mine last weekend: Went to Sears and bought the big 7 ton gear puller and used a big socket backwards in the middle of the hub. Used a nut in the socket as a bearing for the puller center. T
