- I had a 1989 Audi 200 Quattro (a GREAT car, BTW), that had the same problem. I put two new sets of rotors on the front before I insisted that the dealership put new pads on. They did, and the problem

- This is a wild guess. Two things come to mind. Are you in a hilly area? Riding the brakes on long down hills isn't recommended. My Windstar manual warns against this and suggests down shifting. Anoth
