Well....my Pirana was in pretty bad shape. The cover did come off, in fact, too easily. It looked like the PO used some sort of adhesive to get the pieces to stay together. What's left on the car is

Hmmm, I *think* the only way your distributor can be in wrong is if the drive gear is backwards (180 degrees off), which generally means you aren't running. It seems more likely you've got the plug l
