Julian, absent solving the cause of your loosening nuts, which appears to be vibration, go to your hardware store and get some tab washers which have bendable (tabs) to secure the nut after it's tigh

Here's a tip that worked for me: I got tired of busting off the manifold studs, drilling them out, and replacing the studs again. The last time I did it, I had the holes tapped and now use stainless

Alternatively, you can use brass nuts on the stock studs as the factory did (highly unlikely to rust) or go to a marine supply and get stainless nuts and spring washers. Either of these solutions sho
