- Could it be just that the flow is insufficient? You might have a partially blocked fuel lone between the pump and the carbs. I have seen this before, especially with cars that come out of storage. Go

- I am running SU pumps (old ones) with Weber carbs on 2 different cars. No problems, no regulators either. Check for a clogged fuel line maybe. -- Frank Clarici Toms River, NJ Bugeye Sprite 67 Sprite
