It's almost certainly the relay for the headlamp motors, which is behind the fuse box. You needn't replace it urgently; if they stop working, you can just disconnect the leads to the headlamp motors

Pelzel (& others who responded) There is a blue relay as you described, but I was sure that this was the relay for the starter motor. There seems to be some confusion if there is one or two relays. I
