Does anyone have any ideas/experience with heat shielding a triple Weber set-up on a TR250? The center carb becomes too hot to touch after running a bit..I'm sure that this is not an optimum situatio

Why not try a ceramic coating on the header rather than wrap? The coating can be applied inside and out. This should improve the life of the header rather than reduce it, as well as improving the ins

You asked about heat sheilds for triple Weber setups... I'm not aware of anyone that sells one, but it would be fairly easy to fabricate something from some sheet metal. All you need to do is get th

Make sure you check the brass piece in the vapor return line from the gas tank. This line goes up to the charcoal canisters. There is a small brass piece, as I remember about 1/2 inch long, right in

Are you referring to a cast iron manifold? If so, why bother wrapping it. It doesn't put out as much heat as headers do. Sure you wouldn't want to touch either one after a few minutes of running, but
