- Whoa, this is a pretty ambitious project for a Dremel, especially if your lawnmower gets like mine. It is a toss-up as to whether to spend $6 on a new blade or a stone to sharpen the old one. Ithink

- Dremels! What fun! I've used it mostly for cleaning rust (for heavy, packed rust, use a sanding drum first and then use the wire brush) and cutting bolts. It's great for detail work, that's defintal

- I've found the drill bit quite useful for drilling out pop rivets. I also just adore the little wire-wheel attachments. I use those to clean and polish just about everything that ends up in my hands

- are expensive and last about two minutes before they wear out, or come off the spindle. I did succeeed in stoning and sanding parts of my intake manifld however.

- My favorite use for the dremel was cutting things with the itty bitty saw blade they used to make years ago. But, they quit making those blades.
