- I don't think it is a good idea - the spacer on the GT6's spreads the spring load over the entire seat, while using a nut under each of the three studs will concentrate the load at just the stud loc

- Where can one find these GT6 spring spacers? I can't find them in any of the catalogs I have (Rimmer, VB, TRF, Spitbits, Moss). Or, is there a web site with specs on this item so that one can fabrica
